Field-Driven Leadership

Brandon Friedholm and Justin Sutton founded Stage Craft on the idea that a specialty subcontractor should be an asset, not an administrative burden. Their field operations and project management background defines the workflow.

Operations & field Execution

Brandon leads Stagecarft's day-to-day operations with a hands-on, field-driven approach built from more than 15 years in construction environments, including industrial and educational facilities, he is responsible for field execution, crew supervision, scheduling, and ensuring every installation is performed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with the project plan.

Brandon oversees site logistics, trade coordination, and quality control during installation to ensure theatrical rigging systems are installed correctly the first time. His operational leadership ensures crews meet superintendent expectations, maintain job site discipline, and deliver clean, on-schedule closeouts without disruption to adjacent trades.

Standards

Our Operational Standards

Most theater vendors focus on the final performance; Stage Craft focuses on the road to the Certificate of Occupancy.

Technical Integrity

Shop drawings and RFIs that reconcile architectural intent with field dimensions, eliminating late-stage guesswork.

Structural Ownership

Proactive alignment with electrical and structural trades so rough-ins and support steel are ready before crews mobilize.

Life-Safety Stewardship

Fire safety as non-negotiable; stage curtains installed with proper labeling and documentation for fire marshal walkthroughs.

Roots

Rooted in Central Texas

Locally owned, dedicated to Central Texas; team lives and works in communities from Waco school districts to Austin professional venues.

Local presence means being on-site when a superintendent needs answers or an inspector needs a walkthrough.

At Stage Craft Systems, we handle the technical complexity so you can keep the build moving. Eliminate late-stage surprises with our construction-ready approach.
