Built on Construction Expertise
After two decades overseeing construction, founders repeatedly observed suppliers who didn’t understand construction logic, leading to expensive rework.

Founded to Bring Construction Logic to Theatrical Trades
Suppliers disregarding site conditions, neglecting safety measures, and mismanaging trades.
The result? Expensive rework on every project.
Field-Driven Leadership
Brandon Friedholm and Justin Sutton founded Stage Craft on the idea that a specialty subcontractor should be an asset, not an administrative burden. Their field operations and project management background defines the workflow.
Operations & field Execution
Brandon leads Stagecarft's day-to-day operations with a hands-on, field-driven approach built from more than 15 years in construction environments, including industrial and educational facilities, he is responsible for field execution, crew supervision, scheduling, and ensuring every installation is performed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with the project plan.
Brandon oversees site logistics, trade coordination, and quality control during installation to ensure theatrical rigging systems are installed correctly the first time. His operational leadership ensures crews meet superintendent expectations, maintain job site discipline, and deliver clean, on-schedule closeouts without disruption to adjacent trades.

Sales, Estimating & Client Relations
Justin leads StageCrafts' sales, estimating, and business development efforts, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and general contractors. With a background rooted in project management and construction administration, Justin understands how early coordination and accurate scoping directly impact downstream execution.
He works closely with design teams during pre-construction to develop clear, buildable scopes, accurate budgets, and schedules that align with overall project objectives. He also manages client relationships, office operations, and proposal development, ensuring every project begins with clear expectations, transparent communication, and a strong foundation for successful delivery.

Structural Ownership
Proactive alignment with electrical and structural trades so rough-ins and support steel are ready before crews mobilize.
Life-Safety Stewardship
Fire safety as non-negotiable; stage curtains installed with proper labeling and documentation for fire marshal walkthroughs.
Rooted in Central Texas
Locally owned, dedicated to Central Texas; team lives and works in communities from Waco school districts to Austin professional venues.
